What we eat defines what we look like and how long we are here. Our diet is the most important daily routine we have to perform. In the quest to eat right and on the overall feel right, we consume different information about what we eat. Nutrition misinformation is everywhere. Just turn on the TV or search online, and you’ll be bombarded with all kinds of nutrition and weight loss advice that sounds compelling but probably has little (if any!) scientific basis whatsoever — and may even be harmful to your health.
